Items discussed were:<\/p>\n<h4>Ministry Head Meeting Followup<\/h4>\n<p>We discussed the action items from Wednesday&#8217;s ministry head meeting. Communications is key to every ministry and the importance of creating regular posts was emphasized.<\/p>\n<h4>New Those Who Serve Spreadsheet Format<\/h4>\n<p>The Those Who Serve spreadsheet is being revamped to make it easier to mail out in weekly reminders and to edit. Look for the new format <strong>this week!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>New Summer Service Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>We will have new service hours this Summer. The website will be updated with the new information.<\/p>\n<h4>Email Lists<\/h4>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking at improving and consolidating email lists to make sure everyone gets the right information in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<h4>Upcoming Project<\/h4>\n<p>The ministry will look into creating event planning and activity tracking checklists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had a very productive meeting today.
